There's only One Josh at the shop. And it's not always easy for us to call when you'd like us to. Also I work from Home in MN so it's not easy for me to find out stuff like this when I don't have Have a full name or even an order number from the original order. And you stated earlier that you were going to call on Wednesday. Apparently you didn't because you couldn't asnswer my question. We deal with hundreds of people each day and it requires both partys to give as much info as possible to resolve issues. You haven't honestly been real clear about things on your end which is making it tuff to find out anything.
