With the stock restrictor you should be able to pit at 7.5 min. comfortabley with both engines, run time for the 7port is around 8-8.5 min. and around 8.5-9 min. with the 5port. Some guys have gone 10 with the stock restrictor in the 5port but thats not common. To give you an example of how much a difference there is betweem drivers here is a quote from sgrid about a 7port that was run in an endurance race.

We ran a Go 7P Turbo yesterday at the 2nd Annual GMK Supply/Wolcott
Raceway 3 hour Buggy Burndown. The engine ran flawlessly with great
power for the entire 3 hours - not a single flameout or hiccup.

Perfect example of how much the driver is the variable. The most
trigger happy of the four struggled to get 7 minutes. As the oldest
and slowest of the team, they pitted me at 8:30 but said I always had
enough that I probably could go 10. The other 2 were in the 745 - 815
range. Same car, motor, fuel track on the same day, under real race
conditions. YMMV.

They ended up 3rd place.

Please remember that your engine will not get good mileage till after the engine is fully broken in at the 1-1.5 gallon mark.
