Yes it will. The pics I took were on my 13.5 novak b/l motor. What you need to do is first take off the fan, then use a little bit of pressure to close the gap a little bit, then clamp the heat sink on your motor and finally reinstall the fan (4 screws). I've had mine for a month, had a few hits and roll overs and the heat sink never moved.
