rossoh, Add a .1mm shim or remove the existing .1mm shim and add a .2mm shim

Andrew, 190f is a little cold you never want to run the engine under 210f, you will want to lean the HSN about 2-3 hours on top, you alway tune your HSN for performance before adjusting the LSN.
