check for air leaks if there is any one the has a nova carb try it, it could have a bad o ring. try 4-4 1/2 bottom 3 1/2- 4 top thats what mine liked but mine was a modded team engine

Second you said that the engine revs very quickly, my D3R does not like overgearing, it needs big gears and a good flowing pipe. He could be overgearing the engine and be running too rich on the LSN. How is the acceleration from a dead stop after a 5-10 second wait?
it accelerated well it seems...anyway i haven't meet up with the guy yet, i'll try to give feedback what was the problem once i get in touch with him....thanks guys.
p/s : just for you guys info's once i had the same problem (with my TZ) but was resolve by adding shims.
