There is no EVO3 .21 engine yet from IDM. The EVO3 is in the .12 engine line only and the JL reddot is a older case style. Not to say that they will not switch over but now the case is older style. IDM is available as we are the exclusive importer for the engine line now in the states and we do have in stock the .21 buggy engines now.
