FYI, over the years we have had many cells that were this fragile or more.

Sanyo 1700SCE's
Panasonic P-170's
Panasonic Blue 3000's and Ultra Metal 3000's

The Panasonic Stock Metal 3000, and Intellect IB3800 were really tough though.
