I wouldn't confuse a Schottky diode with a power capacitor as you may have done, Speed Demon.
Simon K, I am not confusing anybody... I went to KO website and yes, the thing is there... they claim that it increase 20% (sorry for the mistake of 30-40%).
However, I dont think it's a power cap...I stil think that's a ultrafast schottky.. it means that... it is a ultrafast switching freq schottky wit a very-very low Vf drop.. and maybe a fast recovery type too... plus.. its a SMD type and that's why it is covered with epoxy..
