when freezing your pipes make sure that you have all the holes on the pipe blocked up very well otherwise the ice will just expand and wont pull the dent out of the pipe at all. Usually this procedure can take over night and even a couple of goes at it. To help stop the pipe from over expanding put a couple of zip ties rapped around the pipe to minimize that over expansion!!!!
