I guess that you mean that you have the steering end point adjustment (EPA) set to 100%?

Sometimes the servo range can be too much for the steering throw and especially the CV's, and you get a stuttering wobble kind of thing at full lock. I get this on my BJ4, so I have to set the EPA at less than 100%. (I think I set my TC5 at about 30-40% because the steering is so good on that car)

On a touring car, you should set the steering for the tightest corner on the track. Setting it futher will make the car work against itself as you go through the corner, as the tires can't maintain traction at the speed that you are going, especially if you are just turning full for the corner, instead of feeling the steering through the corner and steering accordingly.

I suggest turning the radio and car on, turning the wheels to full lock in either direction, and then turn the EPA down until the stuttering stops.

Cheers,
Warwick.
