Thats and IRS 220 1.25 inch hub. Only comes in silver.
Note that greenish looking receiver in the left picture above is a Spektrum water and fuel proof unit that I recently aquired. Unfortunately it is not microsized. This was hard to tell in the adds. It does work with telemetry.
