I have a jp3 on my 21-7 and get 7:30-8 min with the temp at 260.
Everyone I've talked to who runs a jp3 gets only decent mileage (7-8:30min) and agrees their mileage takes a dump from the previous pipe they were using. Except for v-specs, they still average 8-9min or a little longer.
