car design is all about compromise.
its a case of choosing what you would like to trade-off over getting something you want. some people want low roll inertia and put up with high pitch/yaw inertia. some the oposite, some want to 'balance' all axis of inertia. each one will work better at doing something than the other, and would also suit different drives more than others.
I think it looks good, there are plenty of subtle changes that I am sure most of us don't know about in addition to the obvious weight placement ones.
