Center Oneway effects-
On Braking-Well the Center one way does not effect braking as much as in a front one way setup. If you race in High grip conditions the amount of brakes you can use is greater. It is also that way for the front one way. If you have lots and lots of grip, you can add more and more brakes.
On Cornering- If you have a solid axle and use a center one way you get a little more free rolling car through the corner and in theory a faster car. If you use a diff the center one way places way more stress on the front diff and requires more diff maintenence. You could also blow the front diff in high grip conditions.
I do not use the center one-way. I have tried it a few times and could not adapt to it.
