I figured it was something simple like this.
Actualy
when I ordered the parts I ordered them as listed in the IFS Manual 
. (highlighted incase some one from Tamiya is reading)
I guess this is a heads up for you IFS owners.
Not sure what to do now, I could call Tamiya and
wait to see what happens, or I can suck it up and just buy another set of axels. Guess If I want to hit the track again soon I better buy
