www.aecar.org. I heard about the new rule speaking with gonzo, a former national champion.

actually spent my childhood @ Sao Paulo and last month at Lisbon, Porco Covo, Vila Nova de Mil Fontes, and a couple of very nice places I don't remember the name!!
