Does anyone know if any companies make one piece t-bar spacers in different thicknesses(0.4mm - 1.5mm)?

For example, where the 2\3 spacers go in between the t-bar and the lower pod plate. I normally take an old t-bar and cut the rest of the t-bar off except for the area where the 3 holes are and then super glue the one piece spacer to the t-bar to make it a little stronger when only running 2 screws. Also, depending upon the motor I'm running, I'd like to be able to adjust the motor hang so it's at legal ride height.
