Phi is a great car to build. A few things did raise questions though.

The top plate is that close to the bottom deck that the battery doesn't slip in at all. I got the impression that the slots were pre ground to fit. So now I have to strip the car down and grind graphite again !! My cells have shrink wrap on them and I wanna keep them that way.

And for all that hi guilder design there's no servo saver built in and we're expected to install one of them clunky looking Kimboro things.

Shock oil looks thin as tap water. Says 20 wt in the book. Any one have a cross ref to Mugen/Assoc oils please.

After the moaning comes the praise for clever diff install design and class act suspension.

Pretty car for sure.
