hi guys, for me ackermann depends on the track size, layout, weather you run foam or rubber tires and weather your are running a spool,diff or one way.
There never seems to be one place that i always run it for any givin situation, but i can tell you my rule of thumb. i generally use more ackermann for rubber tires, i would say that 75% of the time i run the post back for rubber, and with foams the post is always forward. with a diff or one way it is a good adjustment to tune with, but any time i run a spool it is 5 times more important to get it right because it makes a bigger difference with a locked front diff than it will with a diff or a one way.
