http://www.cefx.net/tips/nitro/break-in/index.php it's simple and to the point. Use the turbo button and a p3 plug, just keep in mind that these motors are very tight. You can remove a head shim to ease break in but heat it up to 200 and keep it there. Tune the motor by sound and smoke coming out of the motor, only use temp as a guide line. My motors usually take 2 gallons to fully break in so take your time, kick the dog if you have too and have fun.
