7.mm restrictor/insert is a sleve that limits the amount of air in the carb inlet. Most motors have variable insert sizes to fine tune the motor. Choose an insert and slip it into the mouth of the carb and retune. They work pretty well. I use a 10mm insert.
The Mach is a good motor also! Very easy to tune are very strong and cheap.
