That's strange, I've talked to the guy running one at Rev and he agreed that it was extremely similar to the NTC3 -
same chassis
same layout
same upper deck
same tank system (although the Ofna has a PRIMER on it. . .)

the primary differences are the diffs - Ofna is using planetaries - the rear suspension - Ofna has changed the roll center - and is using the equivalent of AE Hopups (RD, etc.) for shock towers.
Definitely an evolutionary development of the NTC3. . .now, don't tell us it is "in no way the same" - tell us how it drives. Would be better if you had BOTH to compare. . .
