You've never run against them, then. If it's done right, it's noticeable.

2001 Norrca nationals, Las Vegas. Something like 9 people got booted for running illegal motors. Some were 19T in a stock can, but a couple were different stock arms in wrong cans, such as a GM3 in a P2K can.
