A discharger is basicly like running your pack, without running your car. It will draw current out of your battery pack, and run it through some resistors, instead of running through the motor of the car.

You will want to set your discharger to 6 cell for a 7.2 battery. If you are ever curious, (1.2 x #cells = pack voltage)

Automatic discharge termination: 5.0 Volt residual means that the discharger will stop discharging the battery pack when it reaches 5.0volts. This should be fine, as most racers set thier dischargers to about 5.40v
