Depends on your motor but by the sound of it you need to come down a little on the gearing.
I would start at 15/20 Pinions and leave the spures stock 51/46.
You may find you need to go to 52 on first to get the quick darts out of the corners.
If the traction is high enough you can get some of that (acceleration) from a more aggressive clutch.

Are the 15/20 pinions the stock ED tranny pinions? I'm trying to order some parts from Texracer but want to make sure I order the gears that I need.
