I asked AE/LRP the same question and they said the LRP TC Spec comes with 12 gauge wire, a heat sink that is mounted directly to the FETS, and a fan whereas the Sphere Comp comes with 13 gauge wire, a heat sink that is not mounted on the FETS, and no fan.
