Since this will cost, you really want to make it pay right from the start.

Without getting too specific, what sorta money are you spending on setup and how much will racing there cost the man in the street?
Is it going to be a membership type place like Moorebank or more informal like Castle Hill?
You could have both, I'd happily pay to play on a big, decent track.
Alternatively, I'd gladly help out in any other way to keep it running smoothly.
You need a name for this track, a domain name for the website and you need to get that organised and ready as soon as it opens. This will help to advertise it to all and sundry and make it common knowledge all over the place.
