Don't know why it wouldn't...the GT7 is rated to be able to handle normal 6 cell voltage..and the 2c Lipo isn't much different. (You may want to get a LIPO CUTOFF) which NOVAK offers, if you plan to run it in a way that could over discharge the battery (ie LONG Practices or something)
