Ive seen faster brushed motor cars then brushless. But it was on a very large track and at just below the point of failure. On a tight carpet track from what I can tell a brushed motor is much slower. Plus, what % of racers have a fully tuned stock motor and have it geared optimally. Less then 10%? The rest of us are just guessing.
Im surprised by all the brushed is as fast as brushless comments. Most of this board is filled with people whining about how much faster brushless is
Again, this is just a half-hearted thread poking fun at all the "should we allow brushless motors in the stock class" threads. Interesting responses though.
