That's the complete opposite of my experience with that diff, and six ball diffs in general (the larger axle bearings notwithstanding). A six ball diff requires a lot more pressure on the balls to keep the diff from slipping, and as result everything wears out faster. But if it's working for you, great, since the assembly is so much lighter
