Yes, all three diff cups are the same.
I'm not sure about a pull start, but I used a tiger drive starter on mine (Hellfire SS Kit) when I first put it together. The tiger drive backplate had a fair bit of depth to it, about the same as a pull start, so I would assume that a pull start would work.
