On the uppoer rear arms I can't tell which belongs on the upright and which goes on the rear body mount? Silver on the body mount, black on the upright? or the other way around? Silver on the rear body creates less of an angle.
I tried looking at some of the pictures of peoples cars here on the post and I've seen it both ways.
Furthermore my manual does state how long they should be...

black (non-threaded) should be on the hub side for ease of adjustment.
