Thanks Steve -- That makes a lot of sense. I was just caught off guard by the change and couldn't understand why -- until NOW... Having just "converted" my original 13.5 from bonded to sintered (running it with a GTB), I noticed the big change in impact of the rotor on the drag brake settings...
