i would prefer to get a brand new car.
1st: you know the parts better
2nd: let least you know the screw threads on the body is not worn out from over tightening
3rd: wear and tear
4th: you know from the setting from the manual well and which one affects your driving style
As for electronics, I would prefer to get brand new too. As least it is been abused from overheating etc etc
these are my opinion, you might be lucky to find good 2nd hand equipments from sellers but it would be better to get from someone you know who takes care of their equipments.
