Talked to one of the owner/managers at the local Hooters on Saturday. He was really impressed with my Mini Cooper and was interested in supporting this race. He said he would talk to the other owner/manager about the race when he gets back from the corporate meeting/bikini contest in Las Vegas at the end of the week (

) If they approve it, looks like I might be able to get a pit crew for me
, and some trophy girls. I will give an update once I hear something more.
One important side note. In order for them to make it worth coming to this event, I told them that I think we can get 20-40+ people/mini's at this race. We need as many mini's as possible, it doesn't matter if your a pro or a beginner, let's have some fun and make this a great race.
