I can print them I know, but I don't want to have to cary paper versions in this the digital age! Plus its easier to "share" my set ups with buddies. Any solutions? I am about to make my own set up sheet in excell or word just to have an editable version!

You need to install a postscript pdf printer - basically a "virtual" printer that saves your edited file as a pdf rather than printing it out.

Do a google search for "Pdf form filler" or "cute pdf" - both of these are free programs that work well.
