It took me 60 min to get it started and 3 min a piece to produce.
After I need to drill the mounting hole and do some deburing so it is smooth.
I drill the hole to 2.7mm so the schrew makes the thread and the nut is just for locking the schrew.
I did not make the backside with the counter hole. I mounted the locking ring upside down so the spring does not grind in the ring. This makes adjusting mare ease.
