When I was looking into it I was told the tires were 100% returnable.
Long story.. but the entry flyer clearly states preorder.
It would have been the same for your track had you been the host.
I don't want to turn down entrys.. especially in 1/12 mod... but, we are working with limited supplies as we order what we need.
