This is how I do it:
1st tank let it Idle, when done then let it cool down with the piston on the bottom
2nd tank 1/2 throttle on a very rich setting
3rd to 6th tank full throttle on a very rich setting
You don't have to turn it off from 2nd tank and up
7th tank run it on the track and start leaning it out 1 hour at a time per tank, until optimum tuning is achieved.
