Dasupacat!: Call Trinity. I have NEVER had a customer service problem with Trinity. I had a Dynapulse fail, Trinity replaced it promptly and at no charge. Call them rather than e-mail. It really blows that they haven't responded as of yet, but I'm sure if you call, they'll make it right.
Now, as for alternatives: The EP cells are looking very strong both in performance and in durability. Seems like most matchers are moving to the EP Cell now, and things should be looking up.
