the rear hubs you can get them in different degrees. so another words if you run assoc 3 deg toed in the rear and you put a half deg losi hubs backwards, you will run 2.5 deg per side or if you run them the right way then you will run 3.5 deg on each side. i am pretty sure you can get them up to 2 deg, but dont quote me.
i run the ntc3 swing rack. it is just like stephen said it is alot more smoother to drive. it is not as aggressive as the regular rack and it is low maintanence.
