Tweak - 2 pennies and an x-acto knife. Put the pennies on the top of the front wheels just ahead of center and lift the car with a blade at the centerline. Both coins should fall off at the same time. If one falls before the other, that side is high and you need to tighten the tweak screw on that side (and loosen the other side). This process is incredibly accurate. Its more accurate than any bubble level tweak station.

Caster - An RPM camber gauge and your eyeball.

Toe In - A caliper...measure your inside tire width at the rear and at the front. You want them parallel or .5mm narrower at the rear for a little toe out.

Thats it. Nothing anyone has made to date is more accurate than the above tools.
