Yes it fits, all of the Protoform speed 12 bodies are made specificaly for 12th scale pan cars. If you go to the

http://www.parmapse.com/websites they have all the info on all their bodies. What do you mean by fender wells, like an inner fender? A 1/12th scale body is just like a 1/10th in that it is just a shell, no inner parts.
