I installed a NTC3 steering rack in my electric TC3. As for the shock towers, other than putting a rear tower up front, I extended the rear tower allowing the upper shock mounting position to be further out (standing the rear shocks up straighter).
And the NTC3 shock tower coming loose, common problem. The least you should do is install longer 4/40 screws in the center hole, and the hole on the ring gear side. And use thread locker or CA. If you want to go heavy duty buy "The Fix" and a set of aluminum diff cases.
