ricerockets: don't mess with the bearing seals, niftech bearings are real smooth and don't need the seals removed. Besides those things are expensive enough as it is, don't ruin them.
You can clean them out with motor spray periodically and relube them with Trinity Royal Oil and they'll be fine.
The key to a free drivetrain is in the diff cases and the shims on the drivecup/input shaft assembly not so much the bearings.
