Looks real hard to get near 4. Even with an 88 spur and 44 pinion it's only 4.875.

To work out FDR it's:
(teeth on spur/teeth on pinion)*internal ratio of car
the internal ratio of the cyclone is 2.4375
call the number of teeth on the pinion x:
therefore we have 4 = (100/x)*2.4375
100/x = 1.64
x = 100/1.64 = 60.9 = 61....seems like you'd want a smaller spur
