those are pretty light as well: steel 7800 kg/m3 titan is 4300 magnesium is 1740 I don't know how strong they are though...
On the stainless steel screws: those are the same as normal steel weightwise but significantly weaker so they bend easy. Add to that stainless steel is non-magnetic so it won't stick to the screwdriver which is a pain. For titanium at least you get the advantage of the lighter weight. So I don't see any reason using stainless other than the bling-bling effect because they LOOK LIKE titanium...
