Exactly.
I cannot imagine spending $500 (apparently you need 2 packs to go through a race day and obviously a lipo-capable charger) for batteries legal in only a handful of races.
i have no doubt that Lipo is the future.
but managing the transition will be critical to its success locally.
we don't have big outlaw classes or events like the US to begin with, so the take-up phase is unlikely to be as fast.
