If you don't have the maunual to set your droop, I would set the arms so they are at least paralllel to the bottom of the chassis and equal to each other,from left to right. Although 3mm is a good starting point for the rear! I also measure from the top of the axle to the bottom of a tweek board or table without the tires on of coarse just to make sure they are equal from left to right. Front droop is usually more, around 4mm.
