No further changes needed, however, you might want to check that the hex hubs are of the same thickness. In my case, the hex hub from the TRF414 (a-arm/upright donor) were thicker so I initially had unequal track width.

I don't know the legal wheel base, but the conversion resulted to a longer distance from front wheels to rear wheels. I'd say about 4mm ~ 5mm.
